Frank will be entering his second year as a law student this Fall at Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts.
During his first year of law school, Frank worked as a legal intern at the Mental Health Legal Advisors Committee, an independent state agency created by the Supreme Judicial Court to help children and adults with mental disabilities protect their rights and obtain appropriate legal services. As an intern, Frank assisted clients and attorneys with legal matters ranging from treatment, child custody and visitation, guardianship, insurance, education, housing, and rights in institutional settings.
Previously, Frank worked as a paralegal for Resolute Management Inc., an insurance firm where he assisted in-house counsel with discovery and researched a variety of topics within environmental law. Frank received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2008.
Frank is currently interning as a judicial clerk under the Honorable Judge Bettina Borders at the New Bedford Juvenile Court. Additionally, Frank is the current Treasurer of the Suffolk Queer Law Alliance, a campus organization committed to providing a forum in which to discuss the legal issues facing the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community on campus, in Boston, and beyond.
