Greater Boston Eviction Attorney
Evictions are all too common in today's uncertain economy. Disputes with a non-paying or non-compliant tenant can be very stressful, time consuming, and ultimately costly to a landlord's bottom line. As a property owner and landlord, it's essential that you understand your legal rights and obligations concerning non-paying tenants, housing defects and complaints, security deposits, unauthorized occupants, and non-compliant tenants. Regrettably, many landlords and property managers wade into this area on their own, only to find the process to be more complex, procedure-driven, and tenant-friendly than they expected.
At Vaughn-Martel Law, our objective is to provide our clients with efficient and affordable legal representation in evictions, landlord-tenant litigation, disputes over housing conditions, security deposits, or breaches of a residential lease agreement. If you own rental property in the Greater Boston area, including Suffolk County, Middlesex County, Norfolk County, put our office to work for you today. Call or e-mail us to ask about our flat fee eviction pricing.
Flat Fee Eviction
Our flat fee covers all attorney work from start to finish in prosecuting your eviction, including an evaluation of your tenancy, preparation of a proper notice to quit, preparation and filing of an eviction complaint, attending your eviction hearing, and coordinating physical removal of the tenant with a constable or sheriff.
Our flat fee assists our clients in budgeting for the expense of removing an unwanted tenant, and recognizes that many evictions are carried out successfully from start to finish without a formal trial. However, where a tenant formally challenges your right to evict by asking the court to dismiss your case, demanding a trial, or by requesting formal production of evidence, our customary hourly fees apply.
As always, the goal is to reclaim your property in a lawful manner and minimize your risk for as little as possible.
